Normally, things like Hummers and overdeveloped triceps are indictors of a diminutive manhood, but a Parkdale resident has widened the figurative condition to include this dastardly delinquent, who allegedly has a potty predilection for apartment building lobbies.
Peeing in public places is a fetish, as is exhibitionism, so we’re a little wary of giving this bladder bandit any attention by playing into his whole thing, but considering how his face has been captured on security cameras, perhaps flushed neighbourhood residents can finally get some relief when he’s caught with his pants down.
