SEX: Pleasure emporium and sex-toy shop Good For Her presents the fourth annual Feminist Porn Awards, showcased tonight with a big party hosted by Deb “Dirk” Pearce in—irony of ironies—a church. The party includes award presentations; clips from winning films; music from Raging Asian Women, Daddy K and the Rhythm Method, and DJ Nik Red; burlesque from Coco La Crème; raffles; and a silent auction. Berkeley Church (315 Queen Street East), 9 p.m., $22.

ART: Tonight marks the fifth MADE show. The weekend-long exhibit features work from independent artists in Toronto representing a wide variety of hand-crafting disciplines. The objects themselves range from things you can use or wear to simple (or complex) conversation pieces—all of them beautiful to look at and meticulously crafted. Gladstone Hotel, second floor (1214 Queen Street West), 6–11 p.m., FREE.

ENVIRONMENT: This weekend’s Green Living Show starts today, with both Dalton McGuinty and David Miller performing opening duties. Other guests today include songwriter Murray McLauchlan, bicycle realtor Chris Chopik, and Copenhagen Climate Council chairman Tim Flannery. The expo is really about the business of green, so expect most emphasis to be on stuff you can buy. New this year are the Living Green-Ovations (prototypes of new technologies), Farm Fresh Fare (local chefs presenting local fare via $2 tasting tickets), Sunday’s Earth Run, and our favourite, the new Grapes and Hops tasting pavilion. Direct Energy Centre (100 Princes Boulevard), 10 a.m.–9 p.m., $12.

MUSIC: For some musical electro-pop fare try the Horseshoe where Spiral Beach are playing a gig with Hey Ocean and Foxfire. We can’t say that the band was aiming for an Earth Day–themed line-up, but they managed to get one anyway. They sound good, too. Horseshoe Tavern (370 Queen Street West), 10 p.m., $15.

LECTURE: Single architects looking for a date might try the ROM’s “Connecting Singles” event tonight. Christopher Hume will be presenting his Best & Worst List of Toronto’s new buildings—one of which might even be Libeskind’s transformer-vomit addition to the museum, but we can’t promise. The non-lecture part of the singles evening includes a non-alcohol schmooze beforehand, and a cocktail-laced bingo session after the lecture. There's also a door prize raffle (something from Good For Her, perhaps? But we doubt it). Royal Ontario Museum, Eaton Theatre (100 Queen’s Park), 6:30–9:30 p.m., $70.
