Great – now we have “artists” building things wherever they please.
In this case, obscuring traffic signs. What an asshole.
Maybe next time he can render a fire hydrant unusable with one of his stupid impositions.

The instillation is clearly at right angles to the parking signs. You’d have to be on the sidewalk for the signs to be hidden.
