    I was going to say that there must be more to this story…and there must be. However, I can’t think of anything that would make me want to take away a kids’ pony. I mean, that’s like kicking a puppy, right?

    I kinda think the headline from the Post after MJ was acquitted, in 2005 was the best headline ever “Michael Jackson Beats It” …

    I first caught this story on CBC.ca (which posted it five hours earlier), and I still like the phrasing of their headline better:
    Town may force child with cerebral palsy to give up his pony

    Man, that’s not even close to the NP’s best headline. Heck, the Globe and Mail’s passive-voice version this morning was a bit punchier: Disabled boy’s pony faces eviction. Wham! The essential words, right up front.
