Man, that's not even close to the NP's best headline. Heck, the Globe and Mail's passive-voice version this morning was a bit punchier: Disabled boy's pony faces eviction. Wham! The essential words, right up front.

"Rob Roberts" is a nice touch.
I first caught this story on CBC.ca (which posted it five hours earlier), and I still like the phrasing of their headline better:
Town may force child with cerebral palsy to give up his pony
For National Post it's ok I guess. You must admit you can't beat this though.
