It's the SkyWalk—the walkway between Union Station and the CN Tower. We don't include location/subject details in Photoists because they're not always included with the photo on Flickr (and they're sometimes not obvious if they're omitted). I try to add descriptive tags that provide some context (as I did here), but the point of Photoists is that if you want to learn more about the shots, you're encouraged to click the photo and go to its page on Flickr.
