• LAist reported that while Hollywood big shots may have been buzzing on Tuesday about Barack Obama's first Los Angeles visit since he emerged as the Democratic nominee, there was a buzz of another sort going on that same night underneath Hollywood, while 400 Red Line subway riders were stranded for 80 minutes thanks to a broken down train.
