that t-shirt request is a tall order -- but if you're willing to sacrifice "local", you can get awesome shirts cheap at www.threadless.com. they go on sale regularly, starting at $10.

I usually get mine online at http://www.search4tees.com. I think only the ones that say "organic tee" for eco-friendly.

Try F13 on Augusta (right next to the boat), it's part gallery part graphic design shop, they carry great t-shirts designed by up and coming local designers. they're about $30 if i remember correctly, some slightly less than that i think. as far as eco-friendly i can't be sure; attractive, interesting and fairly decently priced they most certainly are, though.

Thanks! that's great advice... but, uhm... I heart Heart On Your Sleeve, but she doesn't sell men's clothes. And at minimum wage, $50 is almost an entire day's pay. I tried (and loved) Hardboiled in the same area as Heart, and their tees are around $30. Are there any other great places in that range?
