<description>&lt;p&gt;There are plenty of new highrises going in within just a few blocks of that location. And while there are certainly some issues, it&apos;s hardly &quot;incredibly dilapidated&quot; compared with tons of other neighbourhoods in transition around town.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
