In our quest to document the personalities of our fair city's laundromats, Torontoist spent an afternoon in A1A Laundromat at Pape and Dingwall. Here, thriving plants, a basket of books and magazines, and big windows welcome customers to this local institution of clean.






Wow, it's refreshing to see a kid reading a book like "Why Do Cats Do That?" instead of playing with a PSP/DS/iPod, etc. It gives me hope.
