<description>&lt;p&gt;If you happen to be in the area, go in and look at the coffered ceiling of the old banking hall.
It&apos;s on the south side of the ground floor.

I don&apos;t know if security would be a problem now but it wasn&apos;t in the mid-90s when I showed it and the banking hall to a friend of mine.

The elevator ride to the top floor was only 32 seconds and the visitors gallery was open only during the warm weather months.  &lt;/p&gt;</description>
