I'm glad that the BIA approached highschools to illuminate the neighbourhood. The students did a great job!

It's an improvement. I'd prefer the original finish with no tags or graffiti, even if they're boring utility boxes. It's shameful that even rocks and trees are getting spray painted in my area.

If the kids didn't have the BIA's say-so but painted the same things on the same phone boxes, this comment section would be full of complaints about how ugly it is because it's unauthorized, and selfish because it's inflicted upon the public. But good job kids! I hope the experience gets them selfishly inflicting ugliness on unauthorized surfaces across the city!
