What other covenants do property developers have with towns and cities that stultify our neighbourhoods? EP Taylor wouldn't allow blue roofs in Flemingdon Park and condominium developers won't allow--in some cases--Christmas wreaths on the front door of one's own townhome. How else do these developers exert influence and take away the sovereignty of home ownership?</p>
