YES rainbow perm... I see that all the time (in stores that also advertise Mickey Mouse airbrushed on your nails..) Can anyone explain?
Here is what I found on Rainbow perms.
Rainbow Perms
Digital perm! I used to live near that place, always made me picture really pixellated hair.
I always thought "rainbow perm" was a sexual euphemism like "aromatherapy spa" or "German engineering."
I thought "rainbow perm" was a multicolor style perm. Good to know I still learn something new everyday.
In Seoul I was told if the salon/barber shop pole had two faces (rather than one) on it, they also had a prostitute on standby.
LOL. Rek when I was stationed there I heard a rumor like that. I never verified it but still pretty funny.
