Baby Got Butts

Sin And Sun recently interviewed Rebekah, a Torontonian who has gone from living on the streets to being an erotic Internet entrepreneur. Her client niche? People who are turned on by smoke and smoking.

No sex, no nudity; just a woman with a Cuban cigar and a pack of Gitanes. Rebekah, who describes herself as "a punk rock gothic power smoker who adores cigars and unfiltered cigarettes," maintains a Flickr account with over a hundred (safe for work, kind of) screenshots of herself enjoying a drag, with smoke sinuously coiling in the air. She also links to a website where you can buy full-fledged videos of her smoking in fetishized scenarios. Titles include European Filterless Fantasy, Night Vision Smoke Doll and She's Got A Lung Full Of Smoke Mother Fucker.

It's interesting to read how Rebekah got into the world of erotic chain smoking. She tells Sin And Sun that while panhandling on Queen Street a few years ago, a man approached her and asked if she would smoke for a fetish video. "He explained to me all I would have to do is sit and chain smoke, exactly the way I had been when he first saw me. I ended up chain smoking white 120s for and hour in a downtown park while reading a book."

She's been getting quite a lot of business, and customizes each video to meet her clients' requests. Surprisingly, most of her customers are non-smokers.

Ever since smoking in Toronto was banned from public spaces in 2004, it's become a more and more a private and stigmatized activity, which only increases its allure among the naughtily-inclined. Rebekah's business could be seen as some modern-day erotic speakeasy in cyberspace.

I thought I was pretty familiar with fetishes but I have to admit, this is a new one on me!

I have to assume that this could also lead to a phlegmy, emphysemic respirator fetish in later years. HOT.
