City takes Ontario Municipal Board to court over condo developments at Queen and Dovercourt. The city does not want condos there, but in a comedy of errors have completely botched multiple ways to prevent the developer from building said condos. Ah, municipal politics—you never cease to amuse.

And finally: Microsoft drops the price of the Xbox. Long story short: the Nintendo Wii is selling like hotcakes so Sony and Microsoft are having a fire sale. (Well, Microsoft is kind of having a fire sale. The PS3 is still $499 after the price cut, which is awfully more than Torontoist wants to spend to play Pac-Man. You can play Pac-Man on one of these game systems, can't you?)
