On the Hunt for Joy

2007_04_04EasterEggs.jpg

It is nearly time for our third annual urban Easter Egg hunt, which marks the two year anniversary of Newmindspace. Early Sunday morning, dozens of nocturnal bunnies will hide eggs filled with hand-written messages of joy in nooks and crannies of all kinds. A few hours later, even littler bunnies will scramble around the 'hood looking for them. By popular demand, this year's hunt takes place on Bloor St. W between Yonge St. and Bathurst St. and begins at 11 AM! This event is meant for children and children-at-heart, so bring the little ones.

We are recruiting bunnies! If you would like to help us write messages (on recycled paper) and stuff eggs with them, stop by Newmindspace Studios, 1153 Queen St. W, room 206, tomorrow at 7:00 PM. Make sure to sign up on the wiki if you want to volunteer.

If you can't make it tomorrow but would like to hide eggs, meet us at Bloor & Spadina at 4 AM on Sunday morning by the Dominoes sculpture. Dress warmly, the weather is a-changin'. Don't worry, there will be plenty of time afterward to hit the Comfort Zone (just kidding).

If I'm awake, or able to wake up, I'll come and help you guys hide eggs early Sunday morning.

I may just be there. The scary part being that I'll be leaving Comfort Zone at that time. lol (my girlfriend is spinning...elsewise I wouldn't be near the place)
