We Have Justin Timberlake Tickets For Some Reason

justin_timberlake_contest.jpg

Justin Timberlake.

Where to begin? Tracing his life story to this point requires little more than listing nouns. Mickey Mouse Club. Britney Spears. *NSYNC. Justified. Wardrobe Malfunction. SexyBack. Dick in a Box. Timberlake is the epitome of a guilty pleasure, someone who is intensely hard to dislike, try as some might. No-one in recent memory has drawn more comparisons to Michael Jackson, been as successful post-boy-band, or created catchier pop songs (dude's even Pitchfork-approved). Suffice to say, the man has a lot of fans.

Though Timberlake last appeared in Toronto recently, on January 31, he's making a repeat visit to the Air Canada Centre this summer, on August 20. According to the press release, the next show will feature "Up-close and personal Justin Timberlake accompanied by a 14-piece band and back up dancers performs in the round and creates the ultimate 360º multi-media viewing experience." We don't even know what any of that means, but it sounds godammed incredible.

Tickets for the August 20 show cost anywhere from $64.25 to $124.00, but for some magnificent reason, AEG Live has decided to give Torontoist two pairs of tickets to give away to our readers.

To win, just enter your name, e-mail address, and a body part and noun in the appropriate boxes in the form below—we're looking for the best alternate version of "Dick in a Box." The winners will be randomly-selected from the pool of entrants, but we'll publish the best submissions along with the winners' names next weekend just because.

The contest closes a week from today, on April 22. Good luck!

The contest is now closed. Thank you for entering!

Ooh - the ACC is busting out the round stage. That was the type of stage that they used for U2 and Madonna, where it's circular in the centre of the arena with fans around it in all directions. It lets them sell more seats and looks hella spectacular.
