This one gets some props for drawing a squirrel (even if I don’t think they’re looking that sad or mangey – just thin!)
I love Toronto’s black squirrels. I am obsessed with them and I have almost no idea why.

Toronto’s squirrels creep me out. I’ve never seen a squirrel before that even came close in size, let alone being black.
I like to think some bored little boy put a squirrel in a cage to feed a rat, but it was love at first sight. Their firstborn became the world’s first ‘Squirrat’.

Colin, you’re crazy. You wouldn’t feed a squirrel to a rat! I mean even a huge rat is only roughly the size of a squirrel! Also rats are really lovable, anyway (though not perhaps as loveable as our subway mice.)

mathew, like I said, these squirrels are abnormally huge (at least compared to Nova Scotian squirrels). So I hypothesize that the original squirrel was small. Of course you couldn’t feed on of these squirrats to a squirrel it’s bigger and more agile.

Making a reference to “Cathy” when you’re criticizing a comic is the biggest sign that you know ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ABOUT COMICS. If you read more comics then what you find on the back page of the Sun you might actually appreciate how lucky Torontoist is to have such a great comic artist on staff.

Well, most print comics suck because they’re geared towards the lowest common denominator and designed not to offend. Online comics should be held to a different standard.

HAHAHAA!!! RIght on Rox! As much I enjoyed Winter, it’s time to get back to looking at filthy piles of dog shit and garbage/cigarette butt strewn boulevards. Though I’ve noted there seems to be a little less dog shit around…
And hey, I agree with James about posting the same comment every week about not liking the strip. If you don’t like, don’t read. Go check out that fucking Marmaduke.It’s obviously more your style of strip, and far more fitting to your obviously stunted mental development…
