    So, about the walmart greeter..
    Rowlandson said stealing baby products – particularly food – happens in Vaughan on a monthly basis. [...] “People aren’t stealing the food for themselves, they’re stealing it so they can sell it for cash so they can support their habits,” Rowlandson said.
    This is an interesting claim. If people are trying to steal something they can just resell, why baby food? Surely there are things with a lower weight/payoff ratio?

    If you’re a regular reader of Behind The Counter, a blog by a Wal-Mart customer service employee, you soon find that Wal-Mart scams are practically a sport. Wal-Mart knows all about it too, but when it comes to internal politics, store managers and retaining customers, they let a staggering amount slide.
    From what I gather from Behind The Counter, I’m thinking they stole it so they could return it to Wal-Mart for a refund — the path of least resistance.
