We’ve admired the work done by the people at WorldChanging for a long time. The blog has opened our eyes to the hundreds if not thousands of creative solutions out there to some very pressing problems. The fact that the blog is cautiously optimistic about the possibility of a green future is refreshing.
So we were thrilled when we found out earlier this year that they were publishing a book. We’ve seen the handsome volume and can say that it makes for good reading. The fact that the book has been “zero footprinted” makes it even prettier in our eyes.
We’re even more thrilled (thrillier?) that the team for WorldChanging is hosting a book launch tonight at the Berkeley Church, 315 Queen St. E, 7:00pm. WC head honcho Alex Steffen will be there as well as Edward Burtynsky and Zero Footprint CEO Ron Dembo.
