Who Knew That Scarberians Elected Such A Bad Ass

2006_9_28derek.gifWe know that Scarberians are a tough bunch, what with all that gun violence and having to take the RT all the time. So it’s no surprise that the people of Scarborough-Rouge River elected Derek Lee. One bad ass MP. Case in point is this exchange about border guards.

Mr. Joe Comartin (Windsor–Tecumseh, NDP): Mr. Speaker, yesterday 60 Canadian border guards were forced to walk off four Canadian border crossings because an armed and dangerous criminal was approaching the border.
Mr. Derek Lee (Scarborough-Rouge River, Lib.): That’s because they are a bunch of wimps.

We think Optimuscrime said it best.

“Next time a maniac with a Born To Lose tat and a loaded Tec goes charging towards the Peace Bridge, Derek Lee can guard it.”

    That’s right, in Scarcity even our lame, old white guy MPs are expected to keep it gangsta or else move to Pickering.

    Oh Scarborough, how I miss you. Derek Lee was my MP for many many years. I don’t like him that much, but I am glad he keeps it Gangstarr.
