Before embarking on your Nuit Blanche evening, take a few minutes to load up your iPod. Artist Lewis Kaye has put together a series of MP3s intended to act as your audio companion for the night. Each track is tailored to a specific Nuit Blanche event. Download the audio files here.

In the second of this series, we've picked another five "must see" events -- this time from Nuit Blanche's Zone B. All these activities are happening in and around the OCAD building. Unless specified, the events we've picked run for the full 12 hours, so you can visit them at any point in the night.

The map locations referenced are for the official program. Tonight, head over to the information hub underneath the floating shoebox and pick up a map. If you plan on staying up through the full 12 hours of Nuit Blanche, the OCAD Student Union will start serving up breakfast beginning at 5:30 am.

1. Do you rule the school? The Bantam AAA Art Team are running a Marble Tournament in Grange Park. Sure, it examines "the nature of competition," but isn't it really just about kicking some other kid's ass? Map location #11.

2. The Textile Museum of Canada will be having a number of events throughout the night, but the one that has us most intrigued is Swap 'til You Drop. It's not only a clothing swap -- there will also be style councilors, accessory advisors and seam rippers in attendance that will happily rework your new-found duds. Plus, mucho-caffeinated espresso. ***The clothing swap runs from 7:00 - 10:00 pm.*** Map location #30.

3. Ballroom Dancing by artist Darren O'Donnell, is an all-ages dance party. A team of 10-year-old DJs will spin tunes, while you work your way through a room filled with thousands of rubber balls. (Ah, BALL-room! It's a play on words with no latin, swing, or hustle in attendance.) There's also a nap area for those who want to crash. Map location #8.

4. Artists John Greyson and David Wall explore the lives of gay penguins in a site-specific video operetta called Roy & Silo's Gay Divorce. Video will be projected throughout the Harrison Baths and Swimming Pool, on lockers, in shower stalls, and in the swimming area. The facility itself is over a century-old and worth the trip. 5. The most intriguing thing about the description of Attachments, a work by Dean Baldwin, at Toronto City Hall, is its disclaimer: "during Nuit Blanche the artist will not be hanging from City Hall." Torontoist plans to find out why not. Map location #12.
