Does anyone actually care for these photos? They’re getting a bit annoying. Anyone can take pictures of subway stations, so why are we forced to look at the viewpoints of one person?
What makes this person so special from the rest of the readers that they get seperate posts on Torontoist?
Some may say that I should go elsewhere on the internet if I don’t like this site. It’s not that; I love Torontoist, but I hate pretentious pricks that get individual posts about things that no one cares about.

thankfully, he’s nearing the end of the line and will be done soon. the photos, however, have improved over the last few stops.
Nick
He’s only on day 32. There’s still another some thirty odd days left…

Yeah, I’m half-done, so you’re both gonna have to wait it out.
And Nick, plenty of people seem to like it, and it’s a lot of work. How am I being a “pretentious prick”? I thought it’d be a cool way to do the whole subway line over the summer and show Torontoist readers the photos.
Johnnie
I think that’s pretty harsh. I think the subway pictures are a kinda cool idea, the TTC is such a part of the city. And I don’t see why you would call him a “pretentious prick” for taking these pictures. Like, your subway pictures would be much more humble and considerate or something?

Ok, if anyone has any more complaints I invite you to e-mail me. There are better ways to solve disagreements than going back and forth in the comments. Thanks all.
Gloria
Nick, you are an angry person.
Seriously, since when has it been a crime to share one’s point of view? I find it really strange of you to complain about a person receiving so-called “special” treatment when really, Torontoist is giving such preference to all of its writers by allowing them discretion in what they include. It’s their site. They run it as they please, and don’t owe you anything. If you don’t like something (that isn’t hateful or inflammatory), then move onto something you do like.
It bugs me that there are people in this city who are bored enough to get this worked up over some photos of subway stations. I can understand if you violently disagree with someone’s actual *opinion*, but this is just a harmless artistic venture. Jesus Christ. Lighten up.
