50 NFB Animated Shorts Should Get You To The End Of The Day

    The Cat Came Back! Holy crap, I used to watch that movie allllll the time up in my parent’s bedroom. I totally forgot it ever existed…that’s crazy.

    Oh NFB, how I love thee. The Cat Came Back, The Big Snit, even that really cool one about maps and grapefruit… how wonderful.
    Sadly, the pinnacle of Canadiana animation is missing – there’s no Log-driver’s Waltz. :(

    The Cat Came Back was one of my favourites, what a classic childhood video. I always cheered on that blank-faced puss, while my sister was an avid fan of Mr. Johnson. Also classic 80′s child videomania is The Log Driver’s Waltz.
