The first Pedestrian Sunday in Kensington Market of 2006 is just days away and Torontoist is pretty excited. Themed events are scheduled for the last Sunday of the month from May to October. The theme for this sunday’s event, spring!
We had tons of fun last year and hope that the human size chessboard, the impromptu badminton tournament and the giant waterfights return. Also, considering how icky it was last week, pray for nice weather.
We also heartily encourage Torontoist readers to consider volunteering. The entire event is community run and not-for-profit. Contact Yvonne if you’re interested.
