Streetsy is a New York-based website for street art, with the goal of being “the largest curated street art site on the web”. There are currently 20 other cities on the Streetsy site, including Toronto (which happens to be the only Canadian city involved in this project). Get out your camera and start snapping shots around town to contribute to the online gallery. In order to upload photos of Toronto’s street art, you must add your pictures to the Friends-Of-Streetsy pool on Flickr (details of the uploading process are described on the Streetsy website). The accompanying photo is one of them scary-looking yet loveable rabbit-like creatures that seem to be multiplying rapidly around the downtown core. It is the work of Charlie Green, local artist and member of the Rhythmicru hip-hoppers (hip-HOPping like them rabbit-like creatures? perhaps...)

Bunny-as-hip-hop-icon is my favourite pairing of all time.
i wonder why there isn't already a hip-hop band called The Bunny Rabbits or Little Rabbit Foo Foo or Down With Watership Down...
This has nothing to do with bunnies, but I was speculating just the other day about how awesome a DJ named MC Escher would be.
He could rap only in palindromes.
MC Escher...brilliant!
