Chasing Ms. Portman

2006_4_3portman.jpgJaunted.com gave us this heads up about Toronto's mini version of the Gawker Stalker. It's a Google Maps mash-up following around Portman while she's filming Mr. Magorium's Wonder Emporium. Which has such a terrible title but has Dustin Hoffman, which kinda makes up for it.

Sure it's only one celebrity but it IS Natalie Portman who Torontoist has to admit he's got a crush on. Any other sightings can be sent along to tips@jaunted.com

[Ed. Note. Doh, we forgot to link to Jaunted.com's Natalie Portman map. It's up now,]

First of all, I don't see the attraction to Portman, but that's your business. But if you want to drive celebs like her OUT of your beloved city, posting her whereabouts on some stalker site is a great way to do it.

Chill out. Newspaper gossip columns have been reporting star sightings forever ... this is just a Google version of that.

Still, I'm tempted to follow George Clooney's lead and invent sightings of her at random Tim's and Second Cups.

Isn't torontoist putting you in the public eye... I think we should do this to you. This is how people get hurt jackass. If anything happens to her it’s going to point back to you. Things like this are just idiotic. I deal with cyber bullies in the school system. Crap like this ruins lives... Just by posting this it proves you are net scum.

They might as well have called that movie "The Contrabulous Fabtraption of Professor Horatio Humphnagle."

I still like Natalie, though.

Wow, a whole 4 sightings. She better watch out!

On another note, she's purdy.
