Actually there's really good music too and the Images that we're talking about is actually the dozens of films shown every year at the Images Festival. Last year's fest had groundbreaking film from the Arab world and from a little closer to home Clive Holden's Trains of Winnipeg.
We're not sure what's going to be at this year's Images Fest in April but we DO know who's going to be playing at tonight's Images fundraiser (Lee's Palace, 8pm door, $10). We start with the return of Owen Pallett aka. Final Fantasy. He'll probably treat you to songs off his upcoming album. FF will be followed by Gentleman Reg, who we last saw in Maggie MacDonald's very sold out play the Rat King. And finally, eye Weekly's unofficial house band the Two Koreas (three of the band's five members are eye Weekly contributors), take the stage to shake things up.

I almost gnawed my own elbow off sitting through Trains of Winnipeg.
I'd like to gnaw every patch cord the Two Koreas own so that they can never play again. EVER.
Wow, there's an awful lot of gnawing on things going on here. What about using your hands for destruction of things you don't like?
