Christmas in February

2006_2_21trees.jpg

Would Sonny, of Sonny's Xmas Trees please come and pick up this sign. It's looking very lonely and beat up on the corner of Yonge and College. As much as we love trees (mmmm pine) and the fact that proceeds were going to help the homeless, we'd like to see this poor sign put out of its misery.

Perhaps some people still want to buy Christmas trees in February. My bets are on the people who still have their Christmas lights outside.

Yeah, I noticed that the Yonge Downtown BIA still has its lights up. I thought they were christmas lights but I guess they're just winter lights. I hope they get taken down by the spring, they kinda look tacky.
