photoTO: Roaring in the New Year

light tiger.JPG

We hope this Bloor and Christie's sparkly, illuminated tiger brings luck to everyone in 2006. We realize it doesn't actually have anything to do with the new year, we just think it's pretty. But happy new year anyway.

Actually Alison, it kinda does. The Tiger is one of the 12 animals in the Korean zodiac. What I can't figure out is why they put it up this year. The year of the tiger was in 1998. They should've put up a large sparkly dog because that's the year that's coming up.
