How Much Yuk Can Yuk Yuk's Yuk with New Contest?

canadianlaughoff.jpgThese two drunks are standing on the corner, looking up at the sky. One of the drunks says, "Hey look, it's the sun!" The other one says, "No, you drunk. That's the moon!" They continue to argue until a guy walks by. "Hey mister! Can you settle this argument for us?" The drunk then points to the sun/moon and says, "Is that the sun, or the moon?" The guy looks up and says, "I don't know, I'm not from this neighbourhood."

This guy walks into a bar holding a large peice of asphalt with yellow lines on it. He goes up to the bartender and says, "One for me, and one for the road."

The next week, the guy walked into the same bar with a pork-chop. He says, "Pour one for me, and one for the pork-chop." The bartender shakes his head, "We don't serve food here."

And that's not even our best material. But not to worry, we won't be entering our routines in any contests - even though Yuk Yuk's is calling all Canadian funny-persons for their process-of-elimination Great Canadian Laugh-Off contest. Those who are interested should apply by December 15, 2005 for the competition starting on February 6, 2006. CBC knows about other contests.
