"They are Waging War on Toronto. We Need to Make Sure They Do Not Win."

Eye comes out with a pretty good editorial on the ongoing St. Clair Streetcar battle. They make good points about streetcar priority, viability and 'transit as part of the street-level landscape.' And The Star is reporting a new development that may make the streetcar a swifter go - The City of Toronto will be asking a few of the judges to recuse themselves, citing bias. Arguments will be made next Tuesday.
And Mayor Dave has been giving some mad litigator quote: "It is not appropriate to speak on matters of public interest when a litigant may appear before you later, because it does create a reasonable apprehension of bias," said Miller.
