photoTO: L'il Punkin

Fall is upon us, in mood if not in weather, and TOist is thrilled, and not least because it means the advent of pumpkin season. We initially read this grocer's sign as some sort of zen meditation, but all our philosophizing was ruined when our shopping companion picked up a pumpkin and found that the sign told no word of a lie and the price was, indeed, on the bottom. It was then that we questioned the merits of adopting a new life philosophy from a misspelled greengrocer's sign in Kensington market. Then we went home, ate some pumpkin pie, and forgot the whole thing.
