An amusing, if non-commital, piece about the Roc Ferry in the Toronto Star is still seen as a first by Rochester’s media? WHEC TV-10 Rochester says “the article is the first time a major Toronto news outlet has covered the story since February’s auction. It makes a prediction about the “not-yet-official” launch date and also calls the project a “huge gamble.” TOist says “oh.” Ferry is better than no ferry, but article about prospect of ferry is not necessarily better than no article about ferry. Too much coverage makes the beleaguered boat even less breezy.
