Last night Toronto inaugurated the Green Awards to honour local environmental do-rights. It was inspiring, if a little long. And though we know he’d never catch a few winks on the job, from our vantage point it looked like Mayor Miller was resting a little too comfortably in his official swivel chair when the lights went down.
