Branches of Bureaucracy

to_oak.jpg.jpgHow long does it take to receive a promised donation from the City of Toronto? More than a year, if you're a PEI town awaiting a check for some trees donated you after a particularly devastating hurricane. The trees may have gotten lost in the power shuffle (Mayor Mel donated them, Mayor Miller took over shortly thereafter), but if you're a city with an official 'tree advocate,' shouldn't you be able to furnish these firs more quickly? Mr. Pants, we'll expect more expedient delivery next time.
